HR Intern

ZAPTA Technologies is a software services and technology company delivering software development, product engineering, AI integration, automation, and cloud solutions to international clients. We are looking for an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team in hiring for technical and non-technical roles.

This internship offers practical, hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a technology company and is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to build a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on the ZAPTA careers portal, LinkedIn, and other job platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university networks, and referrals.
• Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to confirm availability, experience, and expectations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment stages in the HRMS.
• Build and organize candidate databases for current and future positions.
• Assist in preparing recruitment trackers and basic reports.
• Support recruitment drives, open houses, and university hiring activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle candidate information confidentially.
• Availability to work onsite in Lahore for the full internship duration.

Preferred

• Prior internship or coursework related to HR or recruitment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn search and professional networking.
• Interest in technology and IT hiring.
